 As far as pricing goes there are no costs for reserving a seat in our studio. Each creator controls their own budget for the candles they make. For example: you can make a candle for as LOW AS $25 & THEN BASED UPON THE SIZE OF THE CONTAINER & AMOUNT OF WAX IT CONTAINS, THE PRICES GO UP FROM THERE.  We have hundreds of different container options for you to choose from but our average size custom Candles range in pricing between $25 & $50 & they are 100% created by you!   Our instructors help guide you with every step of the process and we understand that everyone has a different budget, however, we want everyone to afford this experience!  We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Apple Pay and our Candle Vino gift cards.  We provide the instructor and all the supplies you need to create your own custom candle. We do all the setup and clean up. You just show up and have an amazing time! You get to choose the container, scent, color and any custom add on! When your candle is dry, you take it home. Wines, Beers and Non-alcoholic beverages are available at Candle Vino but not typically included in the cost unless you book a specific private party package. 

Please plan to arrive on time  to get settled in with a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. If you’re a few minutes late it's no big deal! Drive safe and we can help you get caught up!  

If I come with a group, can we all sit together?
We typically can make sure your whole party stays together. based on your reservation.

Candle Making is typically 1.5-2 hour process and the process allows for plenty of socializing!  However Large Candles can take longer to dry. No matter what the case is your can always leave the candles to dry and pick-up another time. 

Dress Code?
Candle Vino provides aprons and for the most part Candle Making is not that messy. However, you are pouring wax and adding color, so please plan your night out accordingly!  

There are two parts to this question...

Once you have completed your first class and have earned your candle pass and know your way around our studio we actually encourage you to bring in a "Leak Proof" container that has special meaning to you! We charge a studio fee of $5 per container; the wax, fragrance & color with be charged by the ounce.  We are creating Candle Art and want you to burn it as much as possible and when it burns down you bring it back and re-fill it..

The only thing we suggest is that the container be leak proof if filled with water, not be to rounded on the bottom so we can set the wicks and overall height be 5" or less...

Can I bring my own alcohol beverages to the class? We offer a $20 corkage fee on wine but other outside beverages are not allowed. Sorry! We have an excellent beverage menu and I am sure we have something to make it a great experience for you! See our "Beverage" tab for more details.  

Can I bring food into Candle Vino? Yes, you can bring in your own food for a group party or special event. please call 775-453-0452 to discuss the details. Please bring in your own utensils, plates, napkins, ect.

Our services are very user friendly and one of our goals is to create a place that families can create together! Our evening classes and Mimosa morning events are not geared for children so please schedule accordingly! Thank you

Our staff will be working hard to ensure that you have an amazing experience. Your host will be serving drinks while assisting throughout the process and for that, gratuity is very much appreciated! 

CANDLE VINO realizes that unforeseen things happen, but we also would appreciate the time to offer the seat to others and fill the spot. Candle Making sessions are fully transferable, and you may let someone of your own choosing use your reservation in your absence.
